Only the finest fresh beef is used and all steaks are individually cut and aged on the premise. We are noted for our fresh Alaskan seafood, as well, featuring Halibut and Red King Crab, the finest crab available.
Luncheon entrees and daily specials are created with the same attention to detail as our evening menu. Our hamburger is ground fresh daily, and we smoke, roast and slice all of our sandwich meats in-house.
